Limited Warranty Policy

All products offered for sale are warranted by Pro-Tec Performance against defect in material or workmanship in normal use and service for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.

The return of defective material must be reported prior to dispatch.

Warranted product found to be defective due to manufacturing will be replaced without charge.

Pro-Tec Performance shall not be liable for the loss of use from any product supplied, or any other incidental or consequential damages.

The warranty does not cover any defect resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper installation or any other cause not arising from defect in materials and workmanship.

Ownership: All goods & services remain the property of Pro-Tec Performance until fully paid for.

Note: any goods deemed "special order" that are returned for credit will be
subject to refund less a re-stocking fee of 20%
